Prompt pick-up is appreciated. Pets left 30+ minutes after pick-up notice will incur an after-care fee of $20. Pets not picked up by 5pm closing time may be charged an additional $30 or more.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit or card on file, and a 50% charge of the appointment fee.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, and additional payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason.

We do not accept pets displaying aggressive behavior to ensure a safe grooming experience for all. If a dog exhibits behavior that prevents safe service completion, the full grooming fee will still be charged.

Grooming of elderly or sick pets is performed at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health or skin conditions for which The Luxe Pet Spa cannot be held liable.

We do not perform full de-matting. Minor matting may be gently addressed with products and tools. Severe matting may require a shave or return visit. Owners agree to release The Luxe Pet Spa from any liability related to matted coat grooming.

Proof of Rabies vaccination certificate is required before accepting any new pet for service. New clients must also provide proof of current Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations. Please inform our groomers of any current or prior medical conditions your pet may have.

In the event of an emergency during your absence, you authorize The Luxe Pet Spa to contact the nearest veterinarian and authorize treatment as necessary at your expense.

What are your hours?

We are open Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday. Please check our Book Now page for any scheduled seasonal closure dates.

What grooming services do you offer?

We offer Full Grooming (bath, blow dry, full body brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, paw trim and a complete style haircut), Bath & Maintenance (the same care without a haircut), Quick Bath & Dry (bath, blow dry and finishing spritz only), and daycare for dogs under 25 lbs.
